GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the direction and general supervision of the Asset Manager, the Asset Management Technician is responsible for providing support with the City’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System. This position is expected to provide technical assistance to EAM users throughout the city, conduct data analysis, and perform system maintenance as needed. The incumbent is responsible for performing assigned duties in a timely, accurate, and professional manner; effectively managing competing priorities and changing workloads; exercising initiative in identifying and completing additional work as appropriate; and complying with applicable City policies, labor agreements, and safety requirements.
The hiring range for this position is: $30.70 - $37.55 per hour. This salary includes longevity (1% earned after five years and increases to a maximum of 4% after 20 years). Additionally, a 3.8% cost of living increase has been approved for 2027.
