The City of Bremerton is seeking to fill one vacant position and establish an eligible register for the position of Parks Laborer in the City’s Parks and Recreation Department. Once established, this register is valid for one (1) year and future open positions will be filled using this register.

General Function:
Performs maintenance, repair, and construction of parks and buildings and assists more experienced employees in park projects.
The hiring range for this position is: $24.23 - $29.52 per hour (DOQ). This salary includes longevity (1% earned after five years and increases to a maximum of 4% after 20 years). Additionally, a cost of living adjustment of 2.70% has been approved for 2026.
