The City of Bremerton is seeking to fill one vacant position and establish an eligible register for the position of Customer Service Representative in the City’s Finance Department. Once established, this register is valid for one (1) year and future open positions will be filled using this register.

Without close supervision or detailed instructions, this position involves a high degree of public contact as well as specialized clerical and technical duties in an automated office environment. Employees in this class receive and answer inquiries from the public by telephone, email or in person on a wide range of government services, rates, policies, and procedures.
The hiring range for this position is: $24.25 - $29.33 per hour (DOQ). This salary includes longevity (1% earned after five years and increases to a maximum of 4% after 20 years).
