General Function
Under general supervision of the facilities/inventory Supervisor, this position performs a variety of manual labor and basic maintenance tasks to support the upkeep of City utility facilities, buildings, and grounds, including reservoirs, pump stations, well sites, and other City-owned properties. Supports safe, clean, and functional public infrastructure through routine maintenance, cleaning, and operational assistance.
The hiring range for this position is: $20.00 per hour.

Fair Labor Standards Act: The classification is non-exempt under the laws of Fair Labor Standards Act minimum wage and overtime provisions.
Representation: The classification is exempt from the bargaining unit pursuant to the Recognition Article of the current labor agreement between the City of Bremerton and the Teamsters Local 589.
Civil Service: The classification is excluded from the City's Civil Service System.
