The DEIAB Manager is a member of the Member Experience Team. This position will assist with increasing member inclusion and belonging and ensure DEIAB is integrated throughout the Tri Delta experience. This role is full-time, benefits and remote eligible, and you do not need to be a member of Tri Delta to apply. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Programming & Resources
- Partner with the Senior Director, Program Development to design, develop, implement, and execute programs, initiatives, and assessment processes for DEIAB programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop, execute, and assess DEIAB curriculum for training programs, e-learning, conferences and workshops
- Create resources and educational materials to enhance DEIAB knowledge and skills across the organization
- Manage collegiate DEIAB educational programs
- Assessment & Reporting
- Manage DEIAB Chapter Assessment tool for collegiate chapters. Develop tools, resources, and action plans for chapter growth and development identified areas
- Monitor and report on progress against DEIAB objectives and projects
- Partner with marketing and communications team to publish and maintain content on the Tri Delta website to keep members and public updated on our DEIAB initiatives
- Collegiate & Staff Support
- Oversee Tri Delta's Access & Belonging Advisory Panel. Coordinate the recruitment and selection process and lead monthly calls with collegiate panelists
- Oversee Tri Delta's support of national DEIAB awareness campaigns and initiatives (e.g., Black History Month, Women's History Month, Pride Month, etc.)
- Serve as a resource to collegiate chapter officers and the DEIAB committee to provide support with our DEIAB initiatives
- Provide advice, training and support on best practices to DEIAB across the organization
- Collaborate and support departments and cross functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of DEIAB elements into strategies, initiatives, existing programs and business areas
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Possesses resource and program development, curriculum writing, research, program implementation, adult learning theory, resource evaluation, and training skills
- Demonstrated success leading a development-based educational strategy
- Knowledge of key DEIAB principles and concepts
- Experience of running or contributing to DEIAB initiatives
