POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Bank’s loan-level database, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical information. This role reviews, corrects, and validates data across multiple sources to uphold high data-quality standards. Reporting within the business unit and collaborating closely with teams across the organization, the Data Integrity Analyst plays a key role in aligning and reconciling data between the core banking platform and CRM systems, helping drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Validate and reconcile data provided by Loan Service Provider (LSP) to ensure accuracy and adherence to credit policy for loan funding files.
- Review and ensure integrity of monthly reports provided by LSP and report any discrepancies.
- Support the Data Integrity Manager in ensuring the monthly data reconciliation process for management reporting.
- Ensure integrity of loan level data in the Salesforce database through reporting and reconciliations.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization—from system owners to functional leaders—to ensure systems and processes are in place which drive the accuracy and completeness of all data inputs and outputs within the organization.
- Help develop and identify exception reporting for Loan Servicing.
- Assist with reporting for post-closing follow-up on outstanding items (legal and non-legal) and ensure the accuracy of critical data points in the Bank’s core system, Jack Henry as well as nCino for reliable reporting.
- Create and maintain a database of all Cognos reports.
- Assist in preparing ad hoc as well as periodic reporting for business owners throughout the Bank.
- Provide support to the Loan Servicing and Credit Risk Management teams when appropriate.
- Work to identify and address data quality issues affecting reporting and analysis and prioritize top data quality issues based on value to the business.
- Adhere to the Bank’s Statement of Credit Policy.
- Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations required by the Company.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to assimilate, organize and analyze large amounts of information
- 3-5 years Loan Servicing experience preferred
- Experience with business intelligence tools or Salesforce/nCino reporting is desirable
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup/xlookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Some knowledge of Bank lending and commercial loan systems
- Capable of working independently as well as across departments with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to be resourceful as well as have strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to identify group organizational needs and collaborate with others to find efficient solutions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
- Consistently operates a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine and printers.
- Climate controlled general office setting with moderate noise level.
