GENERAL FUNCTION
Under direct supervision performs skilled work in the preventative maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification, removal, and installation of equipment and facilities at the City of Bremerton’s Class IV secondary wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), Eastside UV/CSO plant (ESTP), lift stations, and odor control stations; to include but not limited to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls and computer and telemetry systems. Make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with state and federal standards, and NPDES permit.
The hiring range for this position is: $29.89 - $36.57 per hour (DOQ). This salary includes longevity (1% earned after five years and increases to a maximum of 4% after 20 years).
