What You’ll Do

Develop Interpretive Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define exhibition goals and create engaging, visitor-focused interpretive strategies.
Design & Produce Content: Create interpretive materials including gallery texts, videos, audio guides, and digital interactives. Prototype and test ideas to enhance visitor engagement.
Research & Write: Conduct research to develop accessible and inclusive exhibition content. Write and edit object labels, audio scripts, and digital content.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and community partners to deliver cohesive exhibition experiences.
Manage Projects: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Museum Studies, Humanities, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education & work experience.
2+ years of experience in museums, museum education, or writing/editing.
Familiarity with current museum best practices and digital technologies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to make art accessible to diverse audiences.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all work.
