Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our growing team at TDI Digital Solutions, Inc. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide administrative and clerical support for our daily operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

- Assist in creating and maintaining business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

- Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

- Help in maintaining and updating our database and client records

- Conduct online research and provide insightful reports

- Assist in social media management and content creation

- Help in organizing and maintaining our online files and documents

- Liaise with clients and suppliers as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

- Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Skype, Zoom, and Google Hangouts

- Excellent organization and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of online tools and platforms like Asana, Trello, or Google Workspace is a plus

- Ability to work independently and with a team

- Experience in social media management and content creation is preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent; Additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus
