General Function:
Under general direction of the Human Resources Manager works independently to provide customer and support services to employees, managers, department heads, and the public. Performs a variety of professional and analytical work in program areas such as recruitment, benefits, division accounting functions, may serve as the City’s Wellness Coordinator.
The hiring range for this position is: $6,041.28 - $7,360.74 monthly (DOQ).
Benefits and Additional Compensation:
Employer contributions to the State Retirement System pension plan; 15 days of paid vacation per year front loaded and pro-rated based on hire date (increases to a maximum of 25 days per year after five years); 11 paid holidays per year; one paid floating holiday of your choice per year; 12 days of paid sick leave; 4% deferred compensation ($120.83 - $147.21 semi-monthly) in addition to salary; wellness program; employee assistance program; and medical, dental and vision coverage.
