We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the product development process, working closely with product owners, UX, development, marketing, and sales to bring innovative and engaging products to life.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Discovery Process: You will guide the product discovery process, including market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis. Working with stakeholders, you'll define product requirements, determine technical feasibility in partnership with engineering, build P&Ls, establish clear success metrics, and effectively validate product concepts.
- Champion Product Execution: Work closely and iteratively with product owners, UX and development teams. You will provide clear direction, prioritize features based on value and user needs, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Iterate and Optimize: You will leverage product analytics tools and user feedback to continuously measure product performance. You'll identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and overall product success.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar role with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within cross-functional teams
- A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable product recommendations
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional and user-centric product experiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across different teams
- Bachelor’s degree

The annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
