POSITION SUMMARY: The Analyst, Credit Risk Management is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Bank’s established Credit Policy and procedures. Working across multiple business lines, the Analyst will review and analyze commercial loan underwriting, maintain controls over credit requirements for existing credits, portfolio management reporting and provide other assistance as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages quality of Bank credit administration information to ensure on-going accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure procedures from origination/purchase through servicing and disposition are documented with controls in place to minimize risk of loss to the Bank and adhere to Policy.
- Manage the tracking of critical Bank portfolio management data and performance metrics.
- Perform reviews of commercial loan underwriting to ensure compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy.
- Analyze and approve annual commercial Asset Reviews.
- Assist in performing a QC review of initial commercial credit files and prepare electronic credit files for regulator and auditor visits.
- Review commercial payoff quotes.
- Review disbursement requests for appropriateness in accordance with loan documentation.
- Periodically oversee and/or perform post-closing reviews of files and loan system.
- Maintain the site inspection and asset review monitoring process.
- Act as a liaison with Loan Servicing and Loan Processing.
- Develop and generate management reporting of exceptions on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Streamline processes and implement controls to assure management of documentation and portfolio management accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide assistance for various CRM projects and cross train as necessary.
- Adhere to the Bank’s Credit Policy.
- Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations required by the Company.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Loan or other asset servicing experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
- Consistently operates a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine and printers.
- Climate controlled general office settings with moderate noise level.
